1. Donations

All donations made to Mother Old Age Home through our website https://motheroldagehome.in are final and non-refundable. As a non-profit charitable organization, we use donations to support the welfare, shelter, healthcare, and well-being of elderly individuals in need.

2. Cancellation of Donations

  • Once a donation has been processed successfully, it cannot typically be cancelled.

  • However, if you believe that a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate transactions, incorrect amount), you may request a cancellation within 48 hours of the transaction by contacting us at the details provided below.

  • Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to accept or deny the request at our sole discretion.

3. Refunds

  • Donations are non-refundable once processed unless there has been an error (e.g., technical failure, duplicate payment).

  • In the rare event that a refund is approved, it will be returned via the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

  • No cash or cheque refunds will be issued for online donations.

4. Tax Receipts

If you request a refund, any tax exemption certificate previously issued for that donation will become invalid, and you must return or destroy the original receipt.
