Mother Old Age Home is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing compassionate care and shelter for elderly individuals who have been abandoned or lack familial support. We rely on the generous donations of individuals, organizations, and businesses to help us continue our mission. By making a donation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.1. We accept monetary donations, as well as in-kind donations, such as food, clothing, medical supplies, and other items that support the needs of the elderly residents at our facility. 1.2. All donations are accepted at the discretion of Mother Old Age Home. We reserve the right to refuse donations that do not meet our needs or standards.
2.1. Donations will be used to directly support the operations and programs of Mother Old Age Home, including but not limited to, providing food, shelter, medical care, and recreational activities for our residents. 2.2. While we strive to allocate donations as per the donor’s wishes, we reserve the right to redirect funds or resources to areas of greatest need within the organization, in order to best serve our mission.
3.1. Donors will receive an acknowledgment receipt for their contribution, which may be used for tax deduction purposes as per applicable laws. 3.2. We may recognize donors publicly (e.g., on our website, in newsletters, or in annual reports) unless the donor requests to remain anonymous.
4.1. Donations are non-refundable. Once a donation has been made, it cannot be returned, except in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the management of Mother Old Age Home. 4.2. If a recurring donation is set up, donors may cancel future payments at any time by contacting Mother Old Age Home.
5.1. We respect the privacy of our donors. Personal information collected during the donation process will be used solely for the purpose of processing the donation, issuing receipts, and communicating with donors regarding their support. 5.2. We do not share, sell, or trade personal information of our donors with any third party without the donor’s consent, except as required by law.
6.1. All donations must comply with local, state, and federal laws. Donations that do not comply with legal requirements may be declined or returned.
7.1. Mother Old Age Home reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the donor’s responsibility to review these terms regularly.
