While we strive to allocate donations as per the donor’s wishes, we reserve the right to redirect funds or resources to areas of greatest need within the organization, in order to best serve our mission.

3. Acknowledgment of Donations

3.1. Donors will receive an acknowledgment receipt for their contribution, which may be used for tax deduction purposes as per applicable laws. 3.2. We may recognize donors publicly (e.g., on our website, in newsletters, or in annual reports) unless the donor requests to remain anonymous.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

4.1. Donations are non-refundable. Once a donation has been made, it cannot be returned, except in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the management of Mother Old Age Home. 4.2. If a recurring donation is set up, donors may cancel future payments at any time by contacting Mother Old Age Home.
